(1) Trapezoidal kneading element driven by a 104 kw, 3/60/460 volt, 1180 rpm motor. Top mounted ingredient hopper with slide gate valve, bottom outlet with a slide gate valve. Driven by a 15 kw drive, with Stephan Stainless steel hopper 32" x 12" straight side x 22" cone. Pneumatic butterfly valve, Stephan incline discharge conveyor, 24" wide x 80", discharge, with control panel. Serial # 718781. No tag on the Mixer, but it appears to look like a Model TK150. Used for Dough/ Bakery.

Also includes all guards and chutes, with safety sensors. Driven by approximately 2 HP motor, wired for 460-volt. Mounted on stainless steel frame with control panel. Previously used at production kitchen to supply meals for school district.

Maximum infeed product entering either machine should not exceed 5-1/2" (140 mm) in any dimension.
